Notices must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification/URL of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a good‑faith statement and accuracy attestation under penalty of perjury (DMCA) or as required under Canadian law; and (e) your physical or electronic signature.

Counter‑Notices (DMCA) must include: identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification; your consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal district court; and your signature. We may restore access as permitted by law.

Our actions: We may forward notices/counter‑notices to the customer, disable access to alleged infringing content, and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.


Vulnerability Disclosure & Safe Harbor

Scope: Testing your own assets behind Atomic Edge. Do not test our core platform or other customers without written permission.

Prohibited methods: No DoS/DDoS, traffic floods, social engineering, or privacy‑invasive techniques. Keep reasonable rates; coordinate high‑rate tests.

Reporting: Email security@atomicedge.io with steps to reproduce, impact, and affected assets.

Safe Harbor: If you act in good faith within this policy, we will not initiate legal action for testing your assets. Out‑of‑scope items include physical attacks and third‑party services.


Law‑Enforcement & Government Request Guidelines

We require valid legal process for non‑public data and review requests for scope and legality. Emergency requests must describe imminent harm and specific risk. We notify customers unless prohibited by law or risk of harm. Data may reside across jurisdictions; we route requests to the appropriate entity and locale and seek to minimize over‑collection. We maintain internal procedures for preservation, minimization, and logging of responses to lawful requests.


Marketing & Disclosure

Customer references: We may reference your name/logo as a customer unless you opt out by written notice.
Testimonials/Endorsements: We will obtain consent and follow CASL, CAN‑SPAM, and FTC endorsement rules.
Affiliate/Referral Links: Clearly labeled where used.
CCPA/CPRA: We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising.
